WHAT TO EXPECT FOR YOUR INITIAL SESSION: 

  • When you book an appointment, you will receive an email with forms to fill out online prior to coming in the office
  • Initial Assessment and Treatment - We will assess your chief complaints and take a thorough intake of your health history to help diagnose and plan an appropriate treatment for you and your condition(s) then you will receive a treatment
  • After your treatment, the provider will discuss with you the prognosis and treatment plan moving forward

You can use your HSA or FSA for acupuncture and chiropractic services
If you're out-of-network, we will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider directly for re-imbursement
